Return & exchange

We at team Flawlessfit want you to be 100% satisfied with the item(s) you buy from us. If you want to return or exchange a product, we are here to help you!

We only accept returns/exchanges if:
  • The product is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is in the same condition as on delivery (no marks from make-up, deodorant or anything else).
  • The product still has a label attached to the garment.
  • The product has not been used or washed.

Once we have received the item, we will process the return as soon as possible, and at the latest after 7 working days. Unfortunately, we do not cover the return cost of goods as of today's date, this means that you have to pay shipping yourself if you send an item back to us. You will of course be refunded your original purchase price, but we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above point is not met.

What do I do if I want to return/exchange an item?

  1. Make sure that the product(s) meet all our conditions for returns. If the conditions are not met, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
  2. Send us an email at kundeservice@flawlessfit.no

The email must contain: Order number, your full name and the reason why you choose to return the item(s). If you want to make an exchange, you must also write which product you want to exchange for and the size.

Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal

If, as a customer, you regret the purchase, you have the right to be refunded the entire purchase amount in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. You must notify us that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after you have received the item. The goods must be sent back properly packaged. You must pay for the shipping yourself when returning goods. If we have sent you the wrong item, we will pay the shipping.
